ZSCM is the commercial identity used by the operating companies presented on this website. Each company is a separate legal entity. ZSCM is not presented as a single contracting entity independent of those companies.

3. Contracting responsibility
Every quotation, booking confirmation, purchase-order acceptance, invoice, transport document or contract identifies the legal entity responsible for that transaction. Only that document defines the parties, service scope, product specification, price, route, delivery term, payment conditions, liability and governing law.

Corporate information is published for identification and transparency. If a difference arises between this page and an official registration certificate or a signed transaction document, the official certificate or signed document prevails.
