Acceptance occurs only when the applicable legal entity issues a formal written confirmation or enters into a contract. 4. Separate transaction terms
Each transaction is governed exclusively by the quotation, contract and transport or trade documents issued for it. Those documents determine the responsible company, cargo or product, specification, route, Incoterm where applicable, price, payment, delivery, insurance, claims, liability and dispute terms.
5. Service availability and regulated activities
Service availability depends on operational feasibility, equipment and carrier acceptance, route conditions, customs and regulatory requirements, sanctions and counterparty screening, insurance, banking approval, document review and required licences or permits. Regulated activities are undertaken only by an appropriately authorised entity or provider.
6. OOG, project and controlled cargo
Oversized, overweight, dangerous, petroleum-related, temperature-sensitive and other controlled cargo is subject to case-specific technical and legal review. Website descriptions do not constitute cargo acceptance or confirmation of a permitted route, mode, equipment or handling method.
7. Product and sourcing information
Product names, grades, origins, specifications, photographs, packing and availability are indicative. Final manufacturer, origin, grade, analysis, crop or production date, quantity, packing, inspection, documentation, price and delivery conditions must be confirmed in writing by the applicable selling entity.
